Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC)

Deep­en your SAFe ex­per­tise with the Ad­vanced SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (ASPC) course. It is de­signed for ex­pe­ri­enced SPCs who want to dri­ve sus­tain­able trans­for­ma­tions and achieve max­i­mum im­pact. Based on feed­back from more than 1,000 ac­tive SPCs, the pro­gram blends ad­vanced con­tent with re­al­is­tic sce­nar­ios, peer learn­ing, and coach­ing tech­niques — de­liv­er­ing tan­gi­ble re­sults across port­fo­lios, val­ue streams, and teams.

Over four days, you will sharp­en your strate­gic ca­pa­bil­i­ty in ag­ile trans­for­ma­tion strat­e­gy, Lean Port­fo­lio Man­age­ment, en­gag­ing lead­ers, and con­tin­u­ous im­prove­ment. You will ap­ply the con­tent di­rect­ly to your con­text and de­fine clear next steps with prac­ti­cal tools, guides, and pat­terns. ASPC is an ad­di­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion from Scaled Ag­ile, Inc. for al­ready-cer­ti­fied SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tants (SPCs). Upon pass­ing the exam, you will re­ceive the ASPC cer­tifi­cate – proof of ad­vanced prac­tice that strength­ens your role in en­ter­prise-wide trans­for­ma­tion ini­tia­tives and sig­nif­i­cant­ly ex­pands your im­ple­men­ta­tion capability.

ASPC Course Structure /​Procedure
