Sacha Czudek, Founder and CEO

Sacha is a high­ly ex­pe­ri­enced SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tant Train­er (SPCT), En­ter­prise Ag­ile Coach, and the first SPCT in Switzer­land. He helped com­pa­nies from dif­fer­ent in­dus­tries to be be­come Ag­ile at scale. He has over 25 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in dif­fer­ent do­mains, as a sys­tems and soft­ware en­gi­neer, prod­uct man­ag­er, and Head of Development.

He has been a prac­ti­tion­er of Lean-Ag­ile for the past decade and has suc­cess­ful­ly built and led ge­o­graph­i­cal­ly di­verse mul­ti-cul­tur­al de­vel­op­ment teams. He has worked in or­ga­ni­za­tions rang­ing from star­tups to large in­ter­na­tion­al cor­po­ra­tions. Be­fore Flow Sphere he was head­ing and ramp­ing-up the Ag­ile Unit of a con­sult­ing company.

Stephan Neck, Managing Director

SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tant Train­er (SPCT) with more than 30 years of pro­fes­sion­al ex­pe­ri­ence. He suc­cess­ful­ly sup­ports Lean-Ag­ile sus­tain­able trans­for­ma­tions of large en­ter­pris­es and or­gan­i­sa­tions across di­verse in­dus­tries. His fo­cal top­ics are Lean-Ag­ile lead­er­ship, con­nect­ing strat­e­gy with Lean Port­fo­lio Man­age­ment and the ex­e­cu­tion of Busi­ness Agili­ty on all en­ter­prise lev­els by es­tab­lish­ing the con­fi­dence to go for it, even if you’ll nev­er have all the an­swers — but if you don’t try, you’ll nev­er know. As a SPCT he be­longs to a world­wide small elite group of recog­nised in­di­vid­u­als, who demon­strate su­pe­ri­or knowl­edge, com­pe­ten­cy, and in-depth field ex­pe­ri­ence in adopt­ing Lean and Ag­ile across an en­ter­prise with the Scaled Ag­ile Frame­work and Kan­ban Flight Levels.

Stephan is a prag­mat­ic and hands-on style change leader. His com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills al­low him suc­cess­ful­ly nav­i­gat­ing the con­text spe­cif­ic land­scape of an en­ter­prise. As a for­mer com­man­der of a mech­a­nised bat­tal­ion and staff mem­ber of a tank brigade he ap­plies and teach­es Mis­sion-type Tac­tics through­out his man­dates. He fos­ters the at­ti­tude of be­ing in­fi­nite­ly more ca­pa­ble than we think we are, de­spite what we may have been told, seen or experienced.

Frederik Zimmermann, Managing Director

Fred­erik is a Coach, and SAFe® Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (SPC). He is pas­sion­ate about guid­ing smart peo­ple on their jour­ney into the fu­ture and their new roles, try­ing to fo­cus on lead­er­ship and mind­set. For him, hands-on men­tal­i­ty and au­then­tic­i­ty are the cor­ner­stones of ser­vant lead­er­ship. Af­ter a suc­cess­ful ca­reer as an in­tel­li­gence of­fi­cer with NATO and the Unit­ed Na­tions, he de­cid­ed to bring his lead­er­ship and an­a­lyt­i­cal skills gained in sev­er­al in­ter­na­tion­al as­sign­ments around the globe to the busi­ness world.

He has al­ready worked for a ma­ture start­up as well as for an in­ter­na­tion­al­ly op­er­at­ing soft­ware ser­vice provider, where he built up de­part­ments that sup­port in­ter­na­tion­al com­pa­nies in im­ple­ment­ing lean ag­ile de­liv­ery or­ga­ni­za­tions. As SPC he suc­cess­ful­ly ac­com­pa­nied en­ter­pris­es from the in­sur­ance, con­sumer goods, and au­to­mo­tive industry.

Jean-Marc Czudek, Head of Academy

Jean-Marc is an en­gi­neer with ex­ten­sive knowl­edge in ap­pli­ca­tion de­vel­op­ment. He has gained his pro­fes­sion­al ex­pe­ri­ence for more than 20 years in sev­er­al large com­pa­nies, as a de­vel­op­ment, soft­ware en­gi­neer and project man­ag­er in the field of dig­i­ti­za­tion of in­dus­tri­al pro­duc­tion (In­dus­try 4.0). Dur­ing the past 10 years he has suc­cess­ful­ly used Lean and Ag­ile prac­tices in an in­ter­na­tion­al environment.

As SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (SPC), he sup­ports cus­tomers with SAFe im­ple­men­ta­tions. As the Head of the Flow Sphere Acad­e­my, he uses this prac­ti­cal rel­e­vance and im­ple­men­ta­tion ex­pe­ri­ence to en­sure a max­i­mum train­ing experience.
