Flight Levels Experience — challenges and root causes

  • Are you struggling with a multitude of dependencies between teams?
  • You are flooded with new requests and still need to realize future strategic plans?
  • Are you under pressure to deliver faster and more on-time to customers and stakeholders across teams?
  • The coordination across team boundaries results in many, endless meetings?

The main problem of a smooth workflow is a lack of agile interactions between teams, and does not lie in the agility of the teams themselves.
