This 2‑day SAFe POPM train­ing be­gins with the prin­ci­ples of SAFe and the Lean-Ag­ile mind­set. You will then learn about the role of the Prod­uct Man­ag­er and Prod­uct Own­er in a SAFe en­vi­ron­ment. Ag­ile re­quire­ments, back­log man­age­ment and fea­tures are dis­cussed. An­oth­er im­por­tant top­ic of this work­shop is stake­hold­er management.
