    • Marc, as CIO of Uni­ver­si­ty Hos­pi­tal Basel (USB), is re­spon­si­ble for the strate­gic de­vel­op­ment of IT in a com­plex health­care en­vi­ron­ment. He com­bines IT strat­e­gy, ar­chi­tec­ture and or­ga­ni­za­tion­al de­vel­op­ment with a strong busi­ness fo­cus, en­sur­ing that dig­i­tal­iza­tion de­liv­ers mea­sur­able val­ue for the hos­pi­tal, its em­ploy­ees and its patients. 
    • With many years of lead­er­ship ex­pe­ri­ence in the health­care sec­tor, he brings ex­ten­sive ex­per­tise in IT trans­for­ma­tion, SAP or­ga­ni­za­tions and in­no­va­tion man­age­ment. He holds an Ex­ec­u­tive MBA in Busi­ness En­gi­neer­ing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of St. Gallen and is known for a tech­nol­o­gy-dri­ven yet prag­mat­ic ap­proach to im­ple­ment­ing change. 

    Tilo Schubert PO • USB

    Tilo Schubert
    • Tilo is re­spon­si­ble as Prod­uct Own­er for clin­i­cal IT sys­tems at the in­ter­sec­tion of health­care prac­tice and tech­nol­o­gy. Draw­ing on his back­ground in in­ten­sive care nurs­ing (NDS HF), he un­der­stands the chal­lenges faced by clin­i­cal pro­fes­sion­als first­hand and brings this per­spec­tive into dig­i­tal prod­uct de­vel­op­ment. He trans­lates clin­i­cal re­quire­ments into prac­ti­cal and im­ple­mentable solutions. 
    • With lead­er­ship ex­pe­ri­ence in the health­care sec­tor, he brings ex­per­tise in IT trans­for­ma­tion and in­no­va­tion man­age­ment. His fo­cus is on cre­at­ing sus­tain­able re­lief through au­toma­tion and cross-func­tion­al process­es. In do­ing so, he com­bines in­no­va­tion with a com­mit­ment to qual­i­ty, fu­ture readi­ness and high-qual­i­ty pa­tient care. 

    Beno Schaller PM ERP • RUAG

    Beno Schaller
    • Beno is Prod­uct Man­ag­er for En­ter­prise Re­source Plan­ning (ERP) and is re­spon­si­ble for the SAP land­scape at RUAG. He has been with the com­pa­ny for more than 20 years. Fol­low­ing his de­gree in me­chan­i­cal en­gi­neer­ing, he held nu­mer­ous project man­age­ment roles in re­search and de­vel­op­ment and played a key role in the company’s dig­i­tal transformation. 
    • As part of the S/​4HANA ini­tia­tive, he helped shape the strate­gic di­rec­tion of the En­gi­neer­ing or­ga­ni­za­tion and is re­spon­si­ble for es­tab­lish­ing the Ag­ile Re­lease Train (ART). Draw­ing on his ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in prod­uct de­vel­op­ment, project lead­er­ship and or­ga­ni­za­tion­al de­sign, he com­bines tech­ni­cal depth with a strate­gic per­spec­tive on val­ue creation. 

    Maximilian Frank RTE • RUAG

    Maximilian Frank
    • Max­i­m­il­ian is a Re­lease Train En­gi­neer (RTE) at RUAG and is re­spon­si­ble for es­tab­lish­ing and con­tin­u­ous­ly de­vel­op­ing the Ag­ile Re­lease Train (ART) as part of the S/​4HANA trans­for­ma­tion. Af­ter earn­ing a de­gree in in­dus­tri­al en­gi­neer­ing, he com­plet­ed a doc­tor­ate in me­chan­i­cal en­gi­neer­ing with a fo­cus on or­ga­ni­za­tion­al planning. 
    • His pro­fes­sion­al ca­reer has in­clud­ed roles as a man­age­ment con­sul­tant in the Zurich area and as a Scrum Mas­ter (SM) in a com­pa­ny-wide trans­for­ma­tion pro­gram. With deep ex­per­tise at the in­ter­sec­tion of tech­nol­o­gy, or­ga­ni­za­tion and trans­for­ma­tion, he dri­ves the adop­tion of scaled agili­ty at RUAG.

    Adrian Holzer Head of Project Management • AIO

    Adrian Holzer
    • Adri­an plays a key role in shap­ing the SAFe trans­for­ma­tion at the Of­fice of In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy and Or­ga­ni­za­tion (AIO) of the Can­ton of Zug, act­ing as a bridge builder be­tween ex­ec­u­tive lead­er­ship, port­fo­lio gov­er­nance and op­er­a­tional ex­e­cu­tion. His fo­cus is on clear pri­or­i­ti­za­tion and mea­sur­able val­ue de­liv­ery, al­ways with the goal of cre­at­ing tan­gi­ble ben­e­fits for pub­lic ad­min­is­tra­tion and the cit­i­zens it serves. 
    • Peo­ple are at the cen­ter of his ap­proach. He pro­motes ac­count­abil­i­ty, trans­paren­cy and a mod­ern lead­er­ship cul­ture that strength­ens col­lab­o­ra­tion. He holds a Master’s de­gree in Busi­ness In­for­ma­tion Sys­tems, brings deep IT ex­per­tise and has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence with SAFe, Lean Port­fo­lio Man­age­ment (LPM) and dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion, com­bined with a strong hands-on mentality. 

    Gabriel Sarbach Head of Project Management • DIIN

    Gabriel Sarbach
    • As Head of Or­ga­ni­za­tion­al De­vel­op­ment and Project Man­age­ment at the De­part­ment of In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy (DIIN) of the Can­ton of Lucerne, Gabriel plays a key role in shap­ing ag­ile trans­for­ma­tion in the pub­lic sec­tor. He com­bines strate­gic lead­er­ship with hands-on ex­pe­ri­ence from two SAFe im­ple­men­ta­tions and is an Ad­vanced SAFe Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (ASPC).
    • With more than 20 years of lead­er­ship ex­pe­ri­ence, Gabriel brings a broad per­spec­tive on com­plex or­ga­ni­za­tions. His back­ground in the fi­nan­cial ser­vices, in­sur­ance and mar­ket­ing sec­tors, com­bined with his ex­pe­ri­ence as a man­ag­ing di­rec­tor, has shaped his holis­tic view of or­ga­ni­za­tion­al struc­ture, gov­er­nance and change.

    Michele Lanzinger
    • Michele is a mul­ti­lin­gual man­age­ment con­sul­tant, en­tre­pre­neur and SPCT with more than 25 years of in­ter­na­tion­al ex­pe­ri­ence. He has sup­port­ed Eu­ro­pean or­ga­ni­za­tions through trans­for­ma­tion and growth ini­tia­tives and helped start-ups scale their busi­ness­es. Since 2014, he has spe­cial­ized in SAFe® and has been coach­ing lead­ers around the world. 
    • To­day, he works at the in­ter­sec­tion of AI and Busi­ness Agili­ty, help­ing or­ga­ni­za­tions trans­late AI into mea­sur­able busi­ness val­ue. Com­bin­ing con­sult­ing, Lean-Ag­ile and AI ex­per­tise with a glob­al per­spec­tive (based in Madrid), he sup­ports or­ga­ni­za­tions in in­no­vat­ing bold­ly and scal­ing sustainably.

    • For more than 25 years, Volk­er has been help­ing or­ga­ni­za­tions ad­vance their dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion and achieve tan­gi­ble busi­ness val­ue. His pro­fes­sion­al ca­reer com­bines deep tech­no­log­i­cal ex­per­tise with strate­gic con­sult­ing ex­pe­ri­ence and a strong fo­cus on the prac­ti­cal ap­pli­ca­tion of Lean-Ag­ile principles. 
    • In his role as Part­ner Al­liance Ex­ec­u­tive at Scaled Ag­ile, Inc., he sup­ports part­ners and or­ga­ni­za­tions across the EMEA re­gion in suc­cess­ful­ly im­ple­ment­ing and sus­tain­ably em­bed­ding SAFe®. He is also ac­tive­ly in­volved in ad­vanc­ing the Lean En­ter­prise com­mu­ni­ty across the DACH re­gion and Scandinavia. 

    Sacha Czudek SPCT 6 • Flow Sphere

    Sacha Czudek
    • Sacha is a SAFe® Prac­tice Con­sul­tant Train­er (SPCT), En­ter­prise Lean-Ag­ile Change Agent and was the first SPCT in Switzer­land. For more than 25 years, he has been sup­port­ing or­ga­ni­za­tions across a wide range of in­dus­tries in adopt­ing scaled agili­ty, draw­ing on ex­pe­ri­ence as a de­vel­op­ment and soft­ware en­gi­neer, prod­uct man­ag­er and head of development. 
    • As an SPCT, he is part of a se­lect group of glob­al­ly rec­og­nized ex­perts in Lean-Ag­ile trans­for­ma­tion us­ing the Scaled Ag­ile Frame­work. At SAFe26 Basel, Sacha serves as mod­er­a­tor, fa­cil­i­ta­tor and speak­er, com­bin­ing deep SAFe® ex­per­tise with in­sights from real-world trans­for­ma­tion ini­tia­tives while cre­at­ing an en­vi­ron­ment for open and mean­ing­ful exchange. 

    Stephan Neck SPCT 6 • Flow Sphere

    Stephan Neck
    • Stephan is a coach, con­sul­tant and SAFe® Prac­tice Con­sul­tant Train­er (SPCT) with more than 30 years of pro­fes­sion­al ex­pe­ri­ence. He sup­ports Lean-Ag­ile trans­for­ma­tions in large or­ga­ni­za­tions across a wide range of in­dus­tries, with a fo­cus on Lean-Ag­ile Lead­er­ship, Lean Port­fo­lio Man­age­ment and the im­ple­men­ta­tion of Busi­ness Agility. 
    • As an SPCT, he is part of a se­lect group of pro­fes­sion­als with proven ex­per­tise in in­tro­duc­ing Lean and Ag­ile prac­tices at en­ter­prise scale. At SAFe26, Stephan serves as mod­er­a­tor and fa­cil­i­ta­tor, cre­at­ing en­vi­ron­ments that fos­ter di­a­logue, col­lab­o­ra­tion and ef­fec­tive col­lec­tive problem-solving. 

    Frederik Zimmermann SPCT Candidate • Flow Sphere

    Frederik Zimmermann
    • Fred­erik is an Ad­vanced SAFe® Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (ASPC) and SPCT Can­di­date. His pas­sion is help­ing tal­ent­ed peo­ple grow into new roles, with a fo­cus on lead­er­ship skills, growth mind­set and a strong hands-on men­tal­i­ty. Au­then­tic­i­ty and a close con­nec­tion to real-world prac­tice are cen­tral pil­lars of his coach­ing approach. 
    • Fol­low­ing his ca­reer as an in­tel­li­gence of­fi­cer with the NATO and the UN, Fred­erik brings his lead­er­ship and an­a­lyt­i­cal ex­pe­ri­ence into Lean-Ag­ile trans­for­ma­tions as an SPC. He builds teams in both start­up and en­ter­prise en­vi­ron­ments and sup­ports or­ga­ni­za­tions in high­ly reg­u­lat­ed in­dus­tries. At SAFe26 Basel, he serves as fa­cil­i­ta­tor and speak­er on lead­er­ship and Busi­ness Agility. 

    Jean-Marc Czudek SPC 6 • Flow Sphere

    Jean-Marc Czudek
    • Jean-Marc is an HTL-trained en­gi­neer with ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion and in­dus­tri­al ap­pli­ca­tion de­vel­op­ment. Over more than 20 years in in­ter­na­tion­al en­ter­pris­es, he de­vel­oped com­plex man­u­fac­tur­ing and IT land­scapes in the con­text of In­dus­try 4.0 and drove change at the in­ter­sec­tion of tech­nol­o­gy, or­ga­ni­za­tion and leadership. 
    • For more than ten years, he has been sup­port­ing or­ga­ni­za­tions in adopt­ing and scal­ing Lean and Ag­ile prac­tices. As a SAFe® Prac­tice Con­sul­tant (SPC), he helps or­ga­ni­za­tions im­ple­ment SAFe® strate­gi­cal­ly and, as Head of the Flow Sphere Acad­e­my, is re­spon­si­ble for de­sign­ing prac­tice-ori­ent­ed, out­come-fo­cused learn­ing experiences.
